Plack - Perl web framework & server superglue
You can find more information on the speaker's site:
- Abstract: http://plackperl.org/
Plack is the state-of-the-art Perl web framework and server superglue, allowing Perl web frameworks running on any web server, as well as writing a new Perl-based HTTP server dead simple.
Plack also has a wonderful set of utilities like plackup, Plack::Test and reusable middleware components to add features to your web frameworks.
In this talk I'll quickly discuss why this thing has happened, how to actually use it with your favorite framework, and walk through the list of available middleware and web servers to make Plack do what you need.
